• on the Primorsky Boulevard there will already be a traditional festival "Red City" - beginning at 17:00 at the monument to Duke de Richelieu.
• in Gorsad at 20:00 - a concert for the 20 th anniversary of the klezmer-band "Mother's children" with the program "20 years probation".
• 21:00 on Vodoprovodnaya str., 16 - solemn opening of the 21-ton sculpture "Archangel" - a light show is expected.

August 31:

• 15:00 - An exhibition of Ukrainian artists "Sea Facade of Odessa" will open at the St. Michael's Women's Monastery in Kiev, the exposition will feature works by 30 artists from Kiev, Kharkov, Rivne and Odessa;
• at 16:00, traditionally in the Golden Hall of the Odessa Literary Museum, the presentation of the 16th issue of the Odessa calendar and the booklet-monograph of the Odessa Litmuzee will take place;
• 20:00 - in the framework of the Festival of Arts "Velvet Season in the Odessa Opera", a large open-air concert "Odessa Ballet Gala" will take place at the Theater Square with the participation of soloists from Australia, Germany and the National Opera of Ukraine.
• August 31 - September 1 - First Odessa International Street Theater Festival. Guests from Italy, Spain, Moldova and various Ukrainian cities are invited.

September 1:

• 13:00 - the opening of the Odessa Observatory after reconstruction and the opening of the model of the Energia-Buran rocket dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the birth of VP Glushko;
• 17:00 - open-air Tango Music Progect concert at the Theater Square near the fountain;
• 18:00 - The International Art Exhibition of photo artists from 14 countries of the Danube region "Donumenta" will start in the Museum of Modern Art;
• 20:00 - operetta "White Acacia" at the Green Theater;
• 20:00 - meeting with the son of Charlie Chaplin, Eugene Chaplin in the Gorsad.

Main activities on September 2:

• 9:00 am - laying flowers;
• 10:00 - solemn lifting of the flag of Odessa;
• 11:00 - opening of the first part of the Greek Park;
• 12:00 - opening of new names on the Stars Avenue in Odessa;
• presentation of the exhibition "History of Navigation" 16:00 Shevchenko Park;
• 18:00 - the opening of the sculpture "Young Cliffs" and the premiere screening of Igor Malakhov's film "Odessa, Utesova, 14";
• throughout the day: Festival of decorative and applied arts on Primorsky Boulevard, sports competitions and the traditional "Tram of Happiness" (route number 4 "Arcadia - Tiraspol Square").

Gala-concert, the headliners of which will be Nastya Kamensky, Max Barskikh and the group "Boombox" is scheduled for September 2 at 19:00. The official part of the celebration will end with festive fireworks.
